About Us

Established in 1998 Eden Floor Shop is a multi-generational, Old Order Amish owned business. Eden Floor Shop began when the founder, after many years as a farmer, was looking to do something different. A job at a nearby flooring company opened his eyes to the need for good quality flooring in his community. He discovered the importance of Good Customer Service when a chance encounter with a local builder enabled him to locate and provide the flooring for the customer when no one else was available.

 

As word of the company spread outside the Amish Community, Eden Floor Shop began offering

 Hardwood Flooring and Wall-to-Wall Carpeting.

The founder’s son took over and expanded operations in 2015 including Luxury Vinyl Plank, Hardwood Floor Restoration & Refinishing and Ceramic Tile because, in his words, “Like my dad said, people need good quality flooring at a reasonable price, but they also expect and deserve modern choices along with traditional excellent service.”

Today, after 25 years in business, the 3rd generation of the same family is moving Eden Floor Shop forward for the next 25 years.
